"Easton PA location. I’ve been with State Farm Walizer Agency for 8 years and never once bothered them for anything. The one time I ask for a better rate, Don tells me ~$270/month, rushes me to sign, then I find out my actual payment is $495. That’s not a mistake—that’s misleading and dishonest. Even worse, when I escalated it, his actions were excused instead of addressed. That tells you everything about this office. It’s not just one agent, it’s a culture of no accountability and zero concern for customers. After 8 years of loyalty, this is how I was treated. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone who expects honesty or basic customer service. They offer you all this coverage but when you actually need to use it they deny your claims. I’m going progressive now they were able to assist me with a flexible comfortable payment and coverage. When I first started my policy Seth was great but this agent, I would not recommend. "While I didn't speak with Seth this year, I had the pleasure of speaking with his colleague, Don. I never had such excellent customer service the way he provided it. It was the first time I didn't feel like number. He initiated a conversation (nothing about insurance to start); he got to know me first and the topics felt relatable. Don paid attentition to detail; actively listening to me, and offering options based on my needs despite he could have given me my new amount and called it day. I felt at ease. Most of these organizational conversations feel like interrogations but I was so comfortable, as if I was speaking with a friend. He was punctual with all his follow-up communications with me, reaching out to ensure I understood all documents sent to me and he walked me through the process, addressing all my concerns. He remained professional; humble, empathetic, and was very knowledgeable. It was quite iimpressive since in today's age of technology and customer service, we have lost that personal aspect. State Farm may not be the most cost effective but I would recommend him to anyone. State Farm is still my insurance and I would honestly continue with them for the treatment alone.
